In 2022, Penny achieved a distinction in her master’s degree in digital marketing leadership at the University of Aberdeen. This supplemented her bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism at Staffordshire University in 2007. She has experience working at the BBC, presenting news and travel, as well as 10 years experience in a busy and demanding communications team for the NHS. In her NHS career, she led internal communications, health campaigns, and digital communication strategies including website and social media management and video production.
She is married to Mark and has two fantastic boys – sometimes they appear in social media content sharing tips and tactics for others. As a family, they love exploring the outdoors, visiting family, and taking trips to the cinema. Penny enjoys exercising and volunteers at her local Scout Group helping children and young people learn new skills.
Penny is passionate about the evolving digital world. She likes sharing her digital marketing knowledge and expertise with health business owners and seeing improvements to their online profiles. She is honest, professional, and relatable.

It depends what you need. Each service is bespoke. To give you an idea on prices, others have paid £115 for social media tactics, an online assessment of your website and social media starts from £165 and a bespoke digital marketing strategy starts from £225.
Content and media work is based on an hourly or daily rate. If there is a specific project, we can provide a bespoke quote on request.
